I still think about that sometimes… back in 9th grade when I was trying so hard to get close to you, thinking you were being nice because you liked me. Finding out you were actually interested in my best friend instead kinda messed me up for a while. I get that you can’t control how you feel, but it hurt knowing the reason behind everything.
